El Grito 2018

On September 14th, we celebrated El Grito de Dolores 2018, by Hot Jalapeño. It was a night to commemorate the historic Battle of Puebla. Distinguished invitee were present: The Mexican Consulate, The NYC Department of Small Business Services, Harlem Rise, BRIC Media and Radio Gallito, as well as many local merchants from the 116th Street Corridor.

Buy Local Meet Greet Nov. 2018

On November 14, 2018. Took place the First Shop & Dine event. Conceived and conducted by Buy Local East Harlem (a program under the East Harlem Alliance), and co-sponsored by Working Together, it was a busy night where members of the community gathered to kick off upcoming events planned for the Holidays. Residents and stakeholder from the District, gathered to learn more about upcoming events and new developments.

Amor Cubano (at 112th and Third) beautifully hosted the Event.

Stakeholders and business owners had an opportunity to mingle and share ideas.
