Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities: General administrative assistant responsibilities within a health and human services agency: scheduling, telephone, office coverage and other office needs. Handle correspondence and maintain files.

Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication skills. Familiarity with various computer software packages (including word processing, spreadsheet, database and accounting applications). Ability to work independently, as well as prioritize projects to meet deadlines. Legal assistant experience preferred. Bachelors degree required. At least three (3) years experience as an administrative assistant, or as a secretary in high paced office setting. Bilingual Spanish required.
